Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy reflects the reality that as camp dates approach, it becomes increasingly difficult to adjust logistics and fill vacated spots.
For that reason, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance or speaking with your insurance provider to ensure you are covered for any unexpected changes to your plans.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rippinchix.com
General Cancellation Terms
30 days or more prior to camp:
Cancellations will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee.
Within 30 days of camp:
No refunds will be issued.
Weather & Conditions
Rippin’ Chix camps are designed to operate in a wide range of mountain conditions. Weather, visibility, snow conditions, and terrain availability are all part of the skiing experience and are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
Camps will proceed as scheduled, and no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be offered due to weather or conditions.
Program & Location Flexibility
Rippin’ Chix camps are built around coaching, skill development, and progression across a variety of terrain and conditions.
We reserve the right to adjust daily plans, terrain, and specific resort locations within a ski area as needed based on weather, conditions, group ability, and operational considerations.
While specific zones or areas may vary, the coaching, curriculum, and overall camp experience remain consistent. Participants will receive the same level of instruction and opportunity to progress, regardless of location.
No refunds or credits will be provided based on terrain, zone, or location changes within a resort.
